Given this goal, we are pleased to we are proud to present the Treasure Valley NAACP Back-to-School/Stay-in-School Scholarship Program for local high school seniors and local students attending college or university.
In 2004, we were proud to be able to offer a total of four scholarships. In 2005, we were very pleased to be able to provide seven scholarships for Treasure Valley students. And 2006 five area students received scholarships. These scholarships have been made possible by the generous contributions of American Family Insurance, Bank of America, ; Micron Technology, and Wells Fargo Bank. .

If you are interested in the Treasure Valley NAACP Scholarship program, you simply need to complete the application form(s) and return on or by March 31, 2007. Click on the below links for the scholarship applications.
Our 2006 group of high school seniors and college students were not only academically minded, but outstanding citizens and positive influences and role models among young adults in their communities. Scholarship recipients are featured below and were formally presented with their scholarships on May 9, 2006, 2004 during the 53rd Anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education Recognition Luncheon.
